Emergency Services

Well equipped Emergency Department provides 24/7 services for accidents, strokes and acute paralysis.

It has five beds with monitors, central oxygen, air and suction & facilities for advanced resuscitation.

An en suite operation theatre enables tackling of dire emergencies in the Emergency Department itself.

Emergency services are backed by round the clock X-Ray, CT Scan and laboratory services.

Three levels of doctors, the residents, registrars and consultants provide 24 hour coverage of services.

Within its very short period of existence, the Institute has:

A thriving weekly academic programme in place with presentations from in-house doctors, health care professionals and visiting experts.

Presented three technical papers in international conferences.

Prof. UP Devkota, Chief of Neurosurgery requested by Cambridge University and Newcastle University in the UK to collaborate in two major multicentre international research studies.

Postgraduate Neurosurgical training programme in the process of being formalised.
